Here you’ll find everything you need to know about your stay – from house details to practical info and an FAQ covering the most common questions.
This guide covers almost everything you might need during your stay, so you’ll have the quickest answers right at your fingertips. And if there’s anything more you need, just send us a message via your booking platform or by email – we’re happy to help.
Our office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00, and Friday, 9:00–15:00.

| Check-In | From 3:00 PM onwards. Access is contactless via digital lock. You’ll receive your personal code the day before arrival. |

☀️ Essentials
| A/C & Heating | Every room has its own unit. Please use the remote controls provided and make sure the mode is set correctly — ❄️ snowflake for cooling, 🔆 sun symbol for heating. |
| Hairdryer | You’ll find the hairdryer in the cupboard under the sink in the upstairs bathroom. |
| Linen & Towels | We provide towels, beach towels, and complete bedding for your stay. If you need any extras, just let us know. |
| Traveling with children | A baby cot and a high chair are available. Please let us know in advance so we can have everything prepared for you. |
🍳Kitchen
| Coffee Machine | A Nespresso machine with a starter set of capsules is ready for you. You can easily buy compatible capsules in any local supermarket. |
| Supplies | You’ll find some basic items such as salt, oil and dish soap to get started. |
| Recycling & Waste | You’ll find recycling bins in the kitchen. For disposal, please use the municipal containers. The nearest ones are at the end of the same street (towards the sea) and on Bernat Visca Street – simply turn left when leaving the house, then left again at the first intersection. |
🧺Laundry
| Drying Rack | The drying rack is located outside on the terrace. |
| Iron & Ironing Board | You’ll find the ironing board and the iron in the cupboard of the double bedroom. |
| Washing Machine | You’ll find a washing machine in the kitchen. Detergent is provided. |
🌿Outdoors
| Pool | The pool is shared between Casa Luz and Casa Mar. Each house has four sun loungers available. The pool is cleaned regularly by our team – if maintenance is scheduled during your stay, we will let you know in advance. |
| Barbecue | A barbecue is located on the terrace – feel free to use it anytime. Please note that it works with charcoal. We don’t provide charcoal, but you can easily find it in any supermarket or petrol station. |
🚗Parking & Transport
| Parking | There are no private parking spaces included, but you can park for free on the street. Just make sure not to park on yellow-marked areas or in front of garage doors. If street parking is busy, there is a free public parking lot nearby: Carrer de Llucmajor 83, Palma. |
| Public Transport | Mallorca has two main bus networks: EMT Palma for routes within the city and TIB for intercity routes. |
| Taxi | We usually use Taxis Palma Radio. You can call them at +34 971 401 414 or send a WhatsApp to +34 971 401 010. |

🏠 Check-in & Check-out
Can we check in earlier or leave later?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Feel free to let us know in advance if you’re interested, and we’ll be happy to confirm it the day before your arrival or departure.
Can we leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Before check-in, it can be arranged at the property after 11:30, or at our office in Portixol (Carrer Vicari Joaquim Fuster 31) between 9:00–17:00 (Fridays until 15:00).
Please just let us know in advance so we can coordinate it – our team isn’t always on-site, so spontaneous drop-offs aren’t possible.
💧 House & Utilities
We have problems using the digital lock – what should we do?
If the digital lock doesn’t open right away, please enter the code slowly and steadily — sometimes the system needs a moment to react. If nothing happens, wait a few seconds and try again.
If you hear the lock move but the door doesn’t open, the latch may not have fully aligned. In that case, simply enter the code once or twice more until it unlocks.
If it still doesn’t work, please contact us and we’ll help right away.
The Wi-Fi isn’t working – what can we do?
Please make sure you’re connected to the correct network MIWIFI_uFcR.
Check if the router is plugged in and the light is on.
If not, unplug it for about 30 seconds and plug it back in – this usually solves the issue.
The router is located in the living room, on the lowboard.
If the problem continues, just send us a short message.
The air conditioning/heating isn’t cooling or heating properly – what can we check?
Each room has its own unit.
Please make sure the mode is set correctly (❄️ cooling / ☀️ heating) — this is the most common reason if air is coming out but the temperature doesn’t change.
If no air comes out at all, please check the fuse box next to the entrance.
If everything seems fine but it still doesn’t work, just send us a short message.
There’s no electricity or water – what now?
💡 Electricity:
Power cuts can happen occasionally in Mallorca and are usually short.
If the power goes out:
1) First check the fuse box next to the entrance.
2) If the fuses look fine and the electricity doesn’t return within a few minutes, please let us know so we can assist.
🚰 Water:
We’ll always inform you in advance if a planned water cut is announced.
