Here you’ll find everything you need to know about your stay – from house details to practical info and an FAQ covering the most common questions.
This guide covers almost everything you might need during your stay, so you’ll have the quickest answers right at your fingertips. And if there’s anything more you need, just send us a message via your booking platform or by email – we’re happy to help.
Our office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00, and Friday, 9:00–15:00.

| Check-In | From 3:00 PM onwards. Access is contactless via digital lock. You’ll receive your personal code the day before arrival. |

☀️ Essentials
| A/C | There is a central system with a control panel in each room so you can adjust the temperature individually. |
| Hairdryer | You’ll find the hairdryer in the bathroom under the sink. |
| Linen & Towels | We provide towels, beach towels, and complete bedding for your stay. If you need any extras, just let us know. |
| Traveling with children | A baby cot and a high chair are available. Please let us know in advance so we can have everything prepared for you. |
🍳Kitchen
| Coffee Machine | A Nespresso machine with a starter set of capsules is ready for you. You can easily buy compatible capsules in any local supermarket. |
| Supplies | You’ll find some basic items such as salt, oil and dish soap to get started. |
| Recycling & Waste | You’ll find the recycling bins in the kitchen. For disposal, please use the municipal containers. The nearest ones are 100 m from the house — just turn right when you leave. They’re located opposite Cafè Bar Es Vaixell. |
🧺Laundry
| Drying Rack | The drying rack is located in the kitchen, in the leftmost cabinet. |
| Iron & Ironing Board | You’ll find both in the kitchen, in the leftmost cabinet. |
| Washing Machine | The washing machine is located in the guest bathroom on the ground floor. Detergent is provided – you’ll find it nearby, ready to use. |
🌿Outdoors
| Pool | You have two pools — one on the downstairs terrace and another on the rooftop. Both are unheated. They are cleaned regularly by our team, and if any maintenance is scheduled during your stay, we will let you know in advance. |
| Barbecue | The barbecue is located on the ground-floor terrace. To use it, please open the gas supply — the valve is in the cupboard below. Grill utensils are available in the kitchen. Please remember to close the gas after use. If it doesn’t turn on: There is a small silver button; make sure it is in the up position. |
| Electric awning | There’s an electric awning on the ground floor and rooftop terrace. You’ll find the remote control on the wall right before stepping out onto the terrace. Please close the sunshade when not in use or when leaving the house. |
🚗Parking & Transport
| Parking | There are no private parking spaces included, but you can park for free on the street. Just make sure not to park on yellow-marked areas or in front of garage doors. |
| Public Transport | Mallorca has two main bus networks: EMT Palma for routes within the city and TIB for intercity routes. |
| Taxi | We usually use Taxis Palma Radio. You can call them at +34 971 401 414 or send a WhatsApp to +34 971 401 010. |

🏠 Check-in & Check-out
Can we check in earlier or leave later?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Feel free to let us know in advance if you’re interested, and we’ll be happy to confirm it the day before your arrival or departure.
Can we leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Before check-in, it can be arranged at the property after 11:30, or at our office in Portixol (Carrer Vicari Joaquim Fuster 31) between 9:00–17:00 (Fridays until 15:00).
Please just let us know in advance so we can coordinate it – our team isn’t always on-site, so spontaneous drop-offs aren’t possible.
💧 House & Utilities
We have problems using the digital lock – what should we do?
If the digital lock doesn’t open right away, please enter the code slowly and steadily — sometimes the system needs a moment to react.
If nothing happens, wait a few seconds and try again.
If you hear the lock move but the door doesn’t open, the latch may not have fully aligned. In that case, simply enter the code once or twice more until it unlocks.
If it still doesn’t work, please contact us and we’ll help right away.
The Wi-Fi isn’t working – what can we do?
Please make sure you’re connected to the correct network “Livebox6-F270”.
Check if the router is plugged in and the light is on.
If not, unplug it for about 30 seconds and plug it back in – this usually solves the issue.
The router is located in the living room, on the lowboard.
If the problem continues, just send us a short message.
The air conditioning/heating isn’t cooling or heating properly – what can we check?
Check the temperature setting
Make sure the target temperature is set below the current room temperature for cooling, or above the current temperature for heating.
For air conditioning only:
All windows must be fully closed. If a window is open, the AC won’t start — the display will show an open-window symbol under “Windows”.
Check the fuse box
If the system still doesn’t run, please check the fuse box next to the entrance.

There’s no electricity or water – what now?
💡 Electricity:
Power cuts can happen occasionally in Mallorca and are usually short.
If the power goes out:
1) First check the fuse box. You’ll find it in the left-most kitchen cupboard.
2) If the fuses look fine and the electricity doesn’t return within a few minutes, please let us know so we can assist.
🚰 Water:
We’ll always inform you in advance if a planned water cut is announced.
