Here you’ll find everything you need to know about your stay – from house details to practical info and an FAQ covering the most common questions.

This guide covers almost everything you might need during your stay, so you’ll have the quickest answers right at your fingertips. And if there’s anything more you need, just send us a message via your booking platform or by email – we’re happy to help.

Our office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00, and Friday, 9:00–15:00.

Check-InFrom 3:00 PM onwards. Access is contactless via digital lock. You’ll receive your personal code the day before arrival.

☀️ Essentials
A/C & HeatingEach room has its own control panel, where you can turn the air conditioning or underfloor heating on and off and set your preferred temperature. There is also a main control unit located right at the entrance. From there, you can turn all rooms on or off together (useful when leaving the house).
HairdryerYou’ll find the hairdryer in the basket under the sink in the master bathroom.
Linen & TowelsWe provide towels, beach towels, and complete bedding for your stay. If you need any extras, just let us know.
Traveling with childrenA baby cot and a high chair are available. Please let us know in advance so we can have everything prepared for you.

🍳Kitchen
Coffee MachineA Nespresso machine with a starter set of capsules is ready for you. You can easily buy compatible capsules in any local supermarket.
SuppliesYou’ll find some basic items such as salt, oil and dish soap to get started.
Recycling & WasteIf the household waste bin gets full during your stay, please use the public containers located on Carrer Rodríguez Acosta 12, about a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

🧺Laundry
Drying RackThe drying rack is stored in the closet on the rooftop terrace.
Iron & Ironing BoardThe ironing board is stored in the closet on the rooftop terrace, while the iron is stored in the cupboard above the wine fridge.
Washing MachineThe washing machine is located in the closet on the rooftop terrace. Detergent is provided and stored nearby, ready to use.

🚗Parking & Transport
ParkingThe apartment is centrally located in Port d’Andratx, so the nearby street parking spaces are paid and usually limited to around two hours.
You can always drive up close to the apartment to unload your luggage.
Less than a 5-minute walk away, there’s a large free parking area located at Carrer des Saluet, 2, 07157 Port d’Andratx, Illes Balears, 07157 Port d’Andratx — open in Google Maps.
You can also often find free street parking on Carrer Llevant and Carrer Ponent if the main parking area is full.
Public TransportPublic transport in Port d’Andratx is operated by TIB (Transports de les Illes Balears), which connects the area with Palma and other parts of the island. You can check routes, timetables and ticket prices at tib.org.
If you’d like to use public transport within Palma, you’ll need to take the EMT Palma buses instead — you can find more information at emtpalma.cat.
TaxiFor taxis, you can contact Taxis Andratx at +34 971 23 55 44 or +34 971 13 63 98. There is also a fixed taxi stand just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, located at the street intersection of Avinguda de Gabriel Roca i Garcías and Av. Mateo Bosch. 🏠 Check-in & Check-out

Can we check in earlier or leave later?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Feel free to let us know in advance if you’re interested, and we’ll be happy to confirm it the day before your arrival or departure.

Can we leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Luggage drop-off or storage may be possible at the property, depending on when our cleaning team is on-site. Since we can only confirm this shortly before your arrival or departure, please feel free to check in with us a little in advance, and we’ll let you know if we can arrange it.

💧 House & Utilities

We have problems using the digital lock – what should we do?

If the digital lock doesn’t open right away, please enter the code slowly and steadily — sometimes the system needs a moment to react. If nothing happens, wait a few seconds and try again.
If you hear the lock move but the door doesn’t open, the latch may not have fully aligned. In that case, simply enter the code once or twice more until it unlocks.
If it still doesn’t work, please contact us and we’ll help.

The Wi-Fi isn’t working – what can we do?

Please make sure you’re connected to the correct network MOVISTAR_D710.
Check if the router is plugged in and the light is on.
If not, unplug it for about 30 seconds and plug it back in – this usually solves the issue.
The router is located in the living room, on the lowboard.
If the problem continues, just send us a short message.

The air conditioning/heating isn’t cooling or heating properly – what can we check?

If the temperature doesn’t change as expected, please check the mode on the main control unit, which is located right at the entrance:

  • ☀️ Sun icon → heating mode (winter)
  • ❄️ Snowflake icon → cooling mode (summer)

Also make sure that the target temperature you’ve set in the room matches the mode (a higher temperature for heating, or a lower one for cooling).

If everything looks correct and it still doesn’t work, please send us a short message.

There’s no electricity or water – what now?

💡 Electricity:
Power cuts can happen occasionally in Mallorca and are usually short.
If the power goes out:
1) First check the fuse box next to the entrance.
2) If the fuses look fine and the electricity doesn’t return within a few minutes, please let us know so we can assist.

🚰 Water:
If you notice there’s no water and it doesn’t return shortly after, please contact us so we can assist.
