Here you’ll find everything you need to know about your stay – from house details to practical info and an FAQ covering the most common questions.

This guide covers almost everything you might need during your stay, so you’ll have the quickest answers right at your fingertips. And if there’s anything more you need, just send us a message via your booking platform or by email – we’re happy to help.

Our office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00, and Friday, 9:00–15:00.

Check-InFrom 3:00 PM onwards. Access is contactless via a keysafe. You’ll receive your personal code the day before arrival.

☀️ Essentials
A/CEvery room has its own unit. Please use the remote controls provided and make sure the mode is set correctly — ❄️ snowflake for cooling, 🔆 sun symbol for heating.
HairdryerYou’ll find the hairdryer in the cupboard under the sink.
Linen & TowelsWe provide towels, beach towels, and complete bedding for your stay. If you need any extras, just let us know.
Traveling with childrenA baby cot and a high chair are available. Please let us know in advance so we can have everything prepared for you.

🍳Kitchen
Coffee MachineA Nespresso machine with a starter set of capsules is ready for you. You can easily buy compatible capsules in any local supermarket.
SuppliesYou’ll find some basic items such as salt, oil and dish soap to get started.
Recycling & WasteYou’ll find recycling bins in the kitchen.
For disposal, please use the municipal containers on the street.
The nearest ones are located on Carrer de l’Adoberia – when leaving the house, turn right, then right again, and you’ll find them on the left-hand side after the first intersection (Google Maps)

🧺Laundry
Drying Rack, Iron & Ironing Board, Washing Machine & DryerAll laundry equipment – including the washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board –
is located in the small storage house on the left-hand side, just outside when you walk from the kitchen towards the garden.

🌿Outdoors
PoolThe pool is cleaned regularly by our team – if maintenance is scheduled during your stay, we will let you know in advance.
BarbecueA barbecue is located on the terrace – feel free to use it anytime. Please note that it works with charcoal.

🚗Parking & Transport
ParkingThere are no private parking spaces included, but you can park for free on the street. Just make sure not to park on yellow-marked areas or in front of garage doors.
Public TransportMallorca has two main bus networks: EMT Palma for routes within the city and TIB for intercity routes.
TaxiWe usually use Taxis Palma Radio. You can call them at +34 971 401 414 or send a WhatsApp to +34 971 401 010.

First Aid KitThe first aid kit is located in a kitchen cupboard– look out for the sign Botiquín.
Fire ExtinguishersThere are two fire extinguishers: one in the hallway near the living room, and another in the kitchen. Both are marked with red signs.

🏠 Check-in & Check-out

Can we check in earlier or leave later?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Feel free to let us know in advance if you’re interested, and we’ll be happy to confirm it the day before your arrival or departure.

Can we leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Before check-in, it can be arranged at the property after 11:30, or at our office in Portixol (Carrer Vicari Joaquim Fuster 31) between 9:00–17:00 (Fridays until 15:00).
Please just let us know in advance so we can coordinate it – our team isn’t always on-site, so spontaneous drop-offs aren’t possible.

💧 House & Utilities

There’s no electricity – what now?

💡 Electricity:
Power cuts can occasionally happen in Mallorca and are usually short.
If the power doesn’t return after a few minutes, please check the fuse boxes. There are three in total, and we’ve recorded a short video to help you — you can find it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NXkZ6ghIZFdargcBWjdzClsy7SphIm6f/view?usp=sharing

  1. Kitchen: Inside the kitchen, behind the small wall-mounted key box next to the kitchen door.
  2. Garden: Outside — walk through the kitchen towards the garden, turn right, and you’ll find it next to the outdoor bathroom.
  3. Stone outbuilding: Outside as well — in the little stone house behind the pool.

If all fuses look fine, please let us know so we can assist.

The Wi-Fi isn’t working – what can we do?

Please make sure you’re connected to the correct network Livebox6-23AD.
Check if the router is plugged in and the light is on.
If not, unplug it for about 30 seconds and plug it back in – this usually solves the issue.
The router is located in the first room on the right when you enter the house.
If the problem continues, just send us a short message.

The air conditioning/heating isn’t cooling or heating properly – what can we check?

Each room has its own unit.
Please make sure the mode is set correctly (❄️ cooling / ☀️ heating) — this is the most common reason if air is coming out but the temperature doesn’t change.
If no air comes out at all, please check the fuse boxes (explanation below).
If everything seems fine but it still doesn’t work, just send us a short message.

There’s no water – what now?

We’ll always inform you in advance if a planned water cut is announced.
