I just wanted to let you know that thanks to your excellent reviews, Airbnb has once again awarded us as Super Host. Brilliant, absolutely a massive motivation for the team and me!
When we look at booking.com, it’s a similar picture. The ratings have now risen steadily to an average of 9.3. Before, we were at 8.9.
What is the reason for that?
Have you become less demanding?
I don’t think so. We have upgraded quite a bit. We doubled our maintenance team and upgraded in housekeeping and we continue to upgrade.
More properties will go on the market in 2023, we don’t want to see our team running on fumes. Instead, we want to start the season well prepared, with tried and tested procedures and enough redundancy, for example, in case of sickness-related absences.
Also, we designed a lot around our guest services. With the professional help of an experienced software architect, we built workflows and processes to make sure that your guest experience should be awesome. And is not disturbed by bureaucratic stuff as for example the guest registration for the Spanish national police.
